1. Why Use Adventure Based Programming?
Studies have shown that individuals retain only about 10% of information when it is delivered through lecture style. In contrast when information is transferred through participation and practice (when participants are actively engaged), over 80% of information is retained. Simply put, the learning sinks in!

2. Where do your teambuilding/adventure based programs take place?
Dynamics in Action comes to you! Our programs can take place indoors or outdoors, depending on your facilities. We have facilitated programs in gymnasiums, classrooms, boardrooms, wilderness parks, soccer fields, etc. All the props that we use for our initiatives are portable allowing us the greatest flexibility for where we can go.

3. What group size does Dynamics in Action work with?
We have designed and delivered programs from 5 to 100 people. We have a great experience base to draw from when we select activities that are appropriate for your group’s size.

4. How much does a team building/ adventure based program cost?
Our prices are very competitive. For a 1-2 hour program we typically charge $200. Half day programs (3-4 hours) are $375 and for a full day program (five to eight hours), we charge $750.

5. How will Dynamics in Action understand my organizations’ issues and needs?
We will provide a free needs assessment in consultation with your group’s coordinator. These can be done by phone, e-mail or in person. We work with you to design exciting and thoughtful programs that are tailored to your group’s needs.

Yes! All our initiatives are carefully selected, providing the greatest learning benefits to your group while remaining very low risk for physical injury.
