Glenn Grainger - Owner

Glenn Grainger is the owner of Dynamics in Action and has a wealth of experience facilitating adventure-based programs for a variety of work group and youth organizations. He has worked with young adults as a trainer and project leader for Conflict Resolution Network Canada as well as with the John Howard Society in the Waterloo Region. More recently, Glenn helped develop and implemented an adventure based program for the Children’s Aid in the Waterloo Region.

Glenn has written about adventure-based programming in a training manual entitled Challenging Activities for Challenging Kids: Taking Conflict Resolution to the Streets. Glenn is also the owner of the canoe leadership company, Paddles In Action.
