Upon an initial meeting with your group's representative we conduct a free needs assessment.   Based on this feedback we then go to work using our years of experience in the adventure based field to create a program that is right for your group. 
 
During our programs, participants are invited to challenge themselves and are free to determine their own level of participation and as a result, they can "own the learning."  Moreover, our activities and debriefing strategies engage all learning styles and our goal is to create a program that is truly memorable for each of your group members.
